Over 44 million people
have Said Yes !

People  of  all  ages  are  joining together as part of a new Global Movement for Children determined to build a better World for children and for all of us.

Designed & Sponsored by:

Yellow House mixes together Children from all backgrounds and capacities in  a bright yellow bungalow. It adds paint, canvas, batik and glass, arts and  crafts, puppetry, pottery, music and drama to the blend, and stirs it lovingly with  laughter and the support of caring adults. What emerges is wonderfully  imaginative art served in the Children's own workshops and gallery and on their own performance stage.

Article 31 of the The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) states:

"Every child has the right to participate fully in cultural and artistic life and to have appropriate and equal opportunity for cultural, artistic and leisure activities"

Yellow  House  is  a  project  proudly  developed  by the  Malaysian Friends of UNICEF in celebration of this right.

Yellow House, above all, is about the magical transforming quality of art: how it bridges and unites through fun; how it heals and restores through creative self-expression.
